1043ND - 40MHz channel width
Region : Portugal
Model : TL-WR1043ND
Hardware Version : V2
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Good morning dear friends,
I am having some troubles to configure both the 1043ND v1 and v2 with 40MHz channel width.
I specify this width but the speed will always be the one from 20MHz, meaning with 802.11n 40MHz I get 145Mbps in the v2 and 130Mbps in the v1.
If I turn speedboost in the v2 my speed will increase to 217Mbps.
But never the full 300 or 450...
In my neighbourhood I find no routers, mine is the only one. I tried to change between 1, 6, 11, 13 channels and speed will always be 217 Mbps.
In my Macbookpro I see that MCS index is 23 and RSSI: -35/-40, so I should be able to get the full 450 or something more than the 217 which I believe is due to the 20MHz and not the 40MHz.
Does anyone have experience with this setup?
