AX80 EU version - EasyMesh Wireless Backhaul doesn't work properly.

Hello, I bought 2days ago a new AX80v1 EU version for upgrading the WiFi coverage zone in my parents house.
I had 2x AX55v1 already so i wanted connect them both as satellites to AX80v1 as main router.
I notice very important issue.
When I try to add EasyMesh devices (2xAX55v1) to AX80v1 EU (main) via Wireless Backhaul mode.
The progress goes to 100% and fails to add the satellite device.
I try few times with couple factory resets and still same results.
To fix it: i had to Add EasyMesh devices via Ethernet backhaul.
When my 2xAX55v1 EasyMesh devices are added via Ethernet backhaul,
I unplug the Ethernet cables to check if Easymesh satellite devices (AX55v1) can connect via Wireless Backhaul to main router, but AX80v1 shows EasyMesh devices (AX55v1) is offline.
But AX55v1 satellites shows they connected to main router.
Also client devices connect with satellites (AX55) too. And AX80v1 show the connected clients on DHCP list.
The Tether app also does not show my 2xAX55v1 connected easymesh devices to the AX80v1 router.
Visible is only single device. Because of that i cant control easymesh satellites (AX55v1) devices via Tether app or AX80v1 webpage.
The lastes firmware on my devices:
AX80v1 EU firmware 1.1.4 Build 20241227 rel.62129
2xAX55v1 EU firmware 1.3.5. Build 20241211 re.34816
TP-LINK engineers team please fix it as soon as possible and add new firmware for the AX80v1 EU version with the latest features like for the AX55v1 router!
Example:
- CAC for EasyMesh
- Easymesh R2 Traffic Separation feature to support network traffic segmentation.
Implemented Easymesh R3 functionality including DPP (Device Provisioning Protocol) and encrypted communication.
- binding capabilities for satellites and clients under EasyMesh

Please try to turn off OneMesh in the Tether App!
I immediately disabled OneMesh in Tether and there is no need for it to be turned on when EasyMesh is enabled, try it and let me know what happens?

That's the case with me too, the Tether app only shows the OneMesh network and that's definitely a bug.

I want have aceess to satelite devices outsite local network. Do you want to tell me if I turn off OneMesh on the Tether app, in a magic way, will it show there is EasyMesh? Lol

I read that topic and what you wrote; I did what you asked, and i lose all wireless connections with both AX55.
I need to wait till TP-Link fixes the firmware. Because in my case,
- Ethernet Backhaul works,
- Wireless Backhaul partly works ( adding an EasyMesh device doesn't work, the status easymesh connection shows offline, but the network works flawlessly anyway).
- The Tether app shows wrong option: onemesh instead of easymesh

Hello @ChrisBS, thank you very much for all the detailed information and the description is pretty clear. I would agree that there may be bugs in the AX80v1 firmware when working with EasyMesh. I've reported this to the engineering team and requested them to investigate this further to provide a solution as soon as possible.
BTW, it seems you haven't tried to configure EasyMesh via WPS, I'm wondering if the WPS will make it work via wireless? Please give it a try and let me know whether it will work.
Regarding your suggestions for the EasyMesh, I cannot say for sure if they will be included in future firmware updates for AX80 or AX55. However, I previously checked with the team and they indicated that EasyMesh will be updated regularly to add more features, such as DPP, but there is no definite plan at this time.
@zexoni70 Thank you for providing insights on the EasyMesh issue, very helpful. And I'm happy to see EasyMesh is working fine in your network.

Thank you very much for the response! and push the problem forward.
About WPS, you know after I add devices by Ethernet backhaul, the wireless network with satellite devices (AX55) works pretty fine and stable with AX80, no issue so far. Just this "offline status" is annoying as hell, and the Tether app is showing OneMesh instead of EasyMesh, and because of that, I can't manage satellite devices outside the local network.
