OK, so in your instance the wireless backhaul limitation is between a BE800 and a BE550; as I mentioned, I have two BE550s, so perhaps that is why I do not have the problem.
The other two points still stand, though.

Hi !!! Trying to save logs locally, the router drop connection ("Device disconnected").

I think it's a firmware bug between the BE800/BE550 device or some USB share limitation of speed in the mesh system. :)
EasyMesh Wireless Backhaul speed:
Copying files from USB share (BE550v1) to PC connected (BE800v1) = 1 Gb/s
But copy files from Notebook (BE550v1) to PC connected (BE800v1) = 1.2 Gb/s.
EasyMesh Ethernet backhaul speed:
Copying files from USB share (BE550v1) to PC (BE800v1) = 2.0 ~ 2.1 Gb/s
But copy files from Notebook (BE550v1) to PC (BE800v1) = 2.4 ~ 2.5 Gb/s.
Testing the same file on the same computers and the same SSD disk ^^

What is your USB device? SSD? Or perhaps HDD?

I don't know why it's important for you. HDD can run up to 200 MB/s = 1.6 Gb/s. But in my case, I use a 1TB SSD NVMe USB with 1GB/s = 8 Gb/s :)

This is the same I wrote at the beginning here in the second post.
By the way, the bug I mentioned, where data usage disappears in the Tether app's data usage overview when Wi-Fi networks are time-based turned on and off separately at specific times, has been fixed with a BETA firmware 1.1.99 Build 20250311 rel. 76529. However, I haven't received any feedback yet on when this bug fix will be included in a new official firmware.
I will give you today feedback about your mail. I'm sorry that I only saw your email today.
But as you can see, the BETA firmware you mentioned has at least fixed one issue (see above) that was important to me.

I just wanted to get a better understanding of your problem.
For example, I normally use an old and rather cr*ppy HDD, an HDD Seagate Backup Plus Hub 6TB USB 3.2 Gen. 1 (STEL6000200). Its very slow, but nevertheless sufficient for films and music.
Obviously, a fast and modern SSD gives much, much better results.

I just tested the issue with the system log and can confirm that manually sending the system log via e-mail works fine. The time-based sending of the system protocol via e-mail also works without problems.
But it's not possible to save the system log locally, like @Baxajaun told. If you try to save the system log locally, the Archer BE550 performs with the firmware 1.1.99 Build 20250311 rel. 76529 a software reboot and loses the connection to the LAN and WAN. Just like before, when sending the system log manually via e-mail.

Best regards,
@Baxajaun I‘ve sent you a new beta firmware via private message. Please check if the issue persists after installing it on your BE550.

@ChrisBS This transfer speed appears to be quite respectable. EasyMesh with Ethernet Backhaul could give you better connectivity and speed.
Is your concern why Copying files from USB share (BE550v1) to PC connected (BE800v1) is slower than copying files from Notebook (BE550v1) to PC connected (BE800v1) both in Wireless and Ethernet Backhaul?
Is the notebook connected to the BE550's 6G network? What wireless speed are you getting? The wireless card in this notebook may be capable of delivering better transfer speeds. The USB port on the router may have limited bandwidth compared to the internal network speeds. USB transfers might involve more latency due to buffering and data handling by the router, while wireless connections can manage data flow more dynamically.
