iPhone 16 Pro max is still continually dropping from wifi every once and awhile. Its on the 6ghz SSID and while using the phone I see it just go to 5G for a bit and reconnecting automatically after about 1 min As my previous comment not sure if its connected to the BE550 or my BE800 but didnt really notice this until updating to the latest BE550 beta
@stbrown Could you please provide a screenshot of the wireless settings on the main BE800? You can mask the SSID and password for security concerns.
When moving around, the iPhone 16 Pro Max drops from the 6G and switches to 5G, are you still able to connect to the 6G if you connect manually? Or in other words, is the signal of the 6G strong enough for a connection at that time?

I have updatated and still with random reboots
@tdlsbrandao Could you please provide a detailed network topology showing how the devices are connected? Are there any other EasyMesh routers or extenders in the setup?
Have you monitored any specific activity that triggers the random reboots?
Additionally, have you enabled the Reboot Schedule on the BE550? Please check if enabling the reboot schedule will help.
More details would be more helpful.

Thank you for the Firmware update.
Indeed, my problem with NordVPN has been solved and I can now browse without problems with the VPN activated.
What has not been solved is that randomly, every two or three days, the Router loses WIFI and has to be restarted.
I have it programmed to restart every day at 01:00 AM, precisely to try to alleviate this problem, but some days, around 11:00 AM approximately, the Wifi disappears, although wired devices continue browsing without problem.
@SantiMarina I remember the WiFi issue got resolved with a beta firmware, does it come back with this 1.1.1 Build 20250306 version?
Please provide some details about the WiFi issue you experience:
1. How many wireless devices connect to the BE550 wireless network? Are they dropping the connection at the same time, including 6G, 5G, and 2.4G?
2. When they all drop the connection, are they still connected to the wireless network or completely disconnected? If they are still connected, please check if you can ping the BE550 on the wireless devices by referring to this FAQ.
3. How many wired devices connect to the BE550 via LAN cables? Are they always connecting to the internet fine when the issue occurs?
It's suggested to reset the BE550 to factory default to clear all potential settings that may affect the wireless connection, then reconfigure it from scratch to observe whether the wireless connection becomes stable.

This problem is recurring with all Firmware versions so far, including 20250306.
1.- The number of devices connected to the wireless network is between 6 and 10 devices spread across the different bands of the Router, since there are IOT, mobile phones and computers. When the WIFI disappears, all devices lose connection at the same time.
2.- When the WIFI is lost, all devices are completely disconnected and the WIFI network cannot be found on any frequency band. It simply disappears.
3.- There is currently only one switch connected to the router by cable, and through it I have 13 devices connected. These devices connected through the Switch do not lose connection.
Regarding the suggestion to reset the BE550 to factory settings, I have already tried it. I always do it when updating to any of the Firmwares that are coming out.

I remember you mentioned one of the provided beta firmware that solved the issue, but never mind.
If the issue persists all the time, I would suggest you contact the local technical support to be advised further if they can help with a replacement.

@Kevin_Z I am happy with the device but I really want it to have a sqm feature because I think the bufferbloat test values should be better.
