Troubleshooting Cannot AirPlay/Chromecast While Connected to the Same Deco

Phenomenon Description
Occasionally there was feedback that users reported if the mobile phone is connected to the same Deco as the smart TV or other Airplay/Chromecast-supported Devices, they can no longer share/mirror the phone screen to these devices. However, when the devices are connected to different Decos, Airplay/Chromecast functionality works seamlessly.
Recommended Suggestions
1 . Please make sure Deco X20/X25_V3/V3.2 is up-to-date.
(The latest firmware now is 1.2.4_build_20241227 )
2. Turn off Device Isolation.

- The model number of your mobile phone and Airplay/Chromecast-supported TVs
- Test whether Airplay/Chromecast works when the devices are connected to different WiFi bands(2.4/5 GHz)of the main Deco.
