Hi  @tttg,

From the screenshot that you provided, it shows an IP address 106.70.214.152 which is a public IP address. That means your router should access internet now. Please test the internet of router again.

Hi,

What is the brand and model of your modem? (i.e. the device to which the WAN port of your Archer AX55 is connected to)

Was the modem supplied by NBN Optus?

Better contact Optus. They will tell you if your modem is compatible with their service and how to set up your AX55 Internet connection type.

@woozle I tried plugging Ethernet straight to nbn box to a device to see if I get internet. Still nothing I'm guessing service isn't active?
