I have 3 range extended. This is just one. I've had a new router. So I've tried changing my WiFi password for all these items and none will connect. I've turn the router off/on press the WPS button. I know the WiFi password is correct as I've connected other devices up. But none of these. I've also pressed/hold the buttons on the boosters and still nothing. Can't you help please

Reset the REs to their factory defaults by pressig the reset button for about 10 seconds and then re-configure each of them to connect to your new router.
