Remote Management Problem on TL-WDR3600

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : TL-WDR3600_V1_130909
ISP : FASTNET
I have problem on my TP-LINK TL-WDR3600 about remote management.
After upgrading to the new firmware (TL-WDR3600_V1_130909), i cannot access web admin page on my router from ip public. The error says: "You have no authority to access this router!".
The screenshot below:
Before upgrading, i use originally firmware (TL-WDR3600_V1_130129), when i access remote management via ip public, it is running successfully.
I think the problem issue is newest firmware tp-link on TL-WDR3600_V1_130909.
Can anybody to solve this problem?
