Hi,
I want to make some changes to the Remote Administration of the router but when I log in, I dont get the Administration page under Advanced > Ssytem Tools.
Is this a fault or is this deliberate?

If you're logged in remotely you may not see the Administration menu. That's more like a security mechanism.
If you're logged in locally then you should be able to access this menu.
