TP-Link BE800 Dropping Wi-Fi

I have been having many issues with the BE800 since I started using it. As far as I can tell, most of my problems are related to Wi-Fi and are incredibly inconsistent.
Randomly, it will drop ALL three Wi-Fi networks while wired connections stay connected. The internet is still operational over wired, but the Wi-Fi networks go entirely offline.
I have already turned off features like Smart Connect and WPS and all of my SSIDs use different names.
I am running the latest firmware, but it has been doing this throughout different firmware versions.
Not really sure if I just have a faulty unit or what, but the Wi-Fi will sometimes come back on its own while other times it will just not come back until I power cycle.

Hi @anshelsag & jp23,
For your issue, please try the following suggestions:
1) Make sure the Router is properly placed, it should be put in an open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
2) Login the web management interface of the Router, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, change the wireless channel into another one.
3) For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust 2.4GHz channel width into 20MHz, for 5G wireless client devices, adjust 5GHz channel width into 80MHz or 40MHz to avoid interference.
Please help collect the following information:
- How many devices experience unstable wireless connection issues, and what are they?
- Which band has a dropping issue (2.4G, 5G or 6G)? -
- Led status on the router when the internet drops? -
- How do clients reconnect after a disconnection? Will they automatically reconnect, or do you need to reboot the router?
- Does the Wireless Network name disappear when dropping?

Can you explain to me why being in a closet or using the wrong wireless channel might cause my entire wireless network to go down? I've never had this problem with any other router.

Hi @anshelsag,
In a confined space, signals may be reflected multiple times on surfaces such as walls and doors, resulting in signal phase conflicts and reducing data transmission efficiency.
When the channel is congested, devices need to frequently compete for channel usage rights, increasing network latency. If the router's processing power is insufficient, it may crash due to excessive load.

Considering that this isn't my first router or the first I've had to use in a closet, this seems like very odd behavior.
Personally, I don't really have a choice of where my router will go because the fiber to my apartment only terminates in one place, a closet. It isn't a cabinet but, the closet does have a door, and I find it beyond odd that you guys are telling people not to use them in closets.
I've tried to do some channel mitigation for congestion, but there really aren't any good options for 2.4 or 5 GHz. My 6GHz network is the only 6 GHz network in range.
