Ping to router when using 5GHz Wifi is very slow about 2000ms

I'm experiance a very slow connection when using my android or windows 7 pc when connected to internet using 5GHz link instead of 2.4GHz link. When tested the ping to router took about 2000ms to reach the router. Very strange. The link become OK when disconnected and than reconnect again BUT later the slowness come again.
