@Hammerhead25 I'm sorry to hear that.

Could you please provide more details about the random reboot issue you're experiencing? Was there any specific activity triggering the reboot or it's just happening randomly? How did you recover the connectivity, by restarting the BE900?

I will also escalate your case to our support engineers and they may contact you with your registered email, please pay attention to your email box and get in touch.

  @Kevin_Z

I just purchased a BE900 V2.6, and updated with the latest firmware as of Saturday 3/24 and mine started randomly rebooting yesterday and has become more frequent.  I'd appreciate any assistance with mine also. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to what is causing it to reboot.

I uploaded a case by email to TP-Link tech support just a little bit ago about this.

Thanks!

@Mark_Winner Thank you for posting in the community.

Was the router working properly before updating the new firmware? Please try resetting it to factory defaults and reconfiguring it from scratch to see if it will work stably.

If that doesn't work, I will message you a beta firmware, please try installing it on your BE900 to monitor its connectivity and let me know how it goes.

Unfortunately I'm not sure if it was working prior. As soon as I installed the router and noticed there was a firmware update, I had the router update the firmware to the latest. I'll try resetting to factory defaults and reconfiguring from scratch after work. Thanks so much. I'll let you know how that goes.

  @Mark_Winner

I reset the router back to default and then going into the wifi settings and changing the wifi mode for all bands to 802,11b/g/n/ax mixed has stopped the router from rebooting all the time. However that beats the purpose of having the wifi7 router since be mode is turned off. There needs to be a firmware update to prevent random reboots with wifi 7 be mode enabled for all wifi bands.

Good morning  @Kevin_Z did you see my response from the other day?  Turning off be wifi mode on all wifi bands fixes the issue of the constant rebooting but it's a wifi 7 router so the wifi be mode should work.

Thanks!

@Mark_Winner Thanks for the update.

Did you find the private message I sent you earlier? Could you please try the beta firmware on the BE900v2.6 to see if it resolves the reboot issue?
