Hi, 

 

  I am facing an issue with my Archer C50 router, where I cannot see the 5Ghz band on my devices. 2.4GHz is working fine no issues but 5GHz says the Wi-Fi radio is disabled. Any help on this is much appreciated. Thank you.

Follow this thread's OP actions and check if you can mitigate this issue (start with FW update from here).

If these don't work for you, follow the same thread's last post suggestion.

Hi  @Asad_Afeef,

Please try to hard reset the router, and configure it again. 

If the issue persists, you can consider contacting local support for further help.

Hi,

 

Have you already checked that the option "Wireless 5GHz" in the menu "Wireless 5GHz" is set to "Enable" ?
