Just one remark:
When in DSL modem router mode the VR600 WAN port is the DSL (RJ-11) port.
Otherwise, the tology posted seems fine and I can't tell why this doesn't work as expected.
Your best bet is to contact your local support for further troubleshooting.
It's worth noting this thread as well. This is a VR600 v2 in AP mode with some isues while setting it up.
You may find this usefull when troubleshooting by yourself.
