WN781ND Doesn't work

I bought my PC pre-installed with the TP-LINK 781ND network card. After I'd installed windows 8 it worked without any problems. A week ago, I downgraded ("upgraded") my computer to Windows 7. Since then the network adapter doesn't work anymore. The status button is always off. Device Manager only shows this:
