WIfi adapter deos not see any wifi networks

So i instaled drivers for TL-WDN3200 and after instalation everything works fine - i can see and connect to network - but when i reset my pc there are no networks anymore.
I use only windows wifi panel. My windows is xp and adapter is in device menager so what can be a problem?? Why it does not find any network after reset of pc??
