Hello,

 

This is driving me crazy;

 

Have TP-Powerline AV500 kit for years which worked fine for my computer LAN connection.

 

Last year bought a wifi extender to improve coverage at the back of my apartment.

 

Setup goes relatively well but after a while it causes my computer to lose internet connection.

 

TL-WA860RE(EU) v6.0 causes disconnection of computer connected to TL-PA4010P(EU) v2.3 KIT

 

Computer has wifi disabled.

 

TL-PA4010P firmware; 1.1.0.844-01-20120919-FINAL

 

Please help, should be simple I would say to connect two products from the same company but apparently not..

Update your TL-WA860RE(EU) v6.0 to the latest firmware version v1.0.13. https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tl-wa860re/#Firmware

 

This used to be a known problem and was subsequently fixed by TP-Link. https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/628396
