Have problems to reinstall my mesh network. It always ends with messsge that there are no internet. I have it connected to fiber box and all ports have been tested with windows computer and all ports are fine!

The app still have my old network and I want to delete it but can't .

I want to reinstall my network as new hardware and with an empty app ! Please give me some tips to solve the problem.
