--Is the mobile phone connected to the Main or Guest network?

The device isolation is enabled by default on the Guest network. I think the view access on the mobile phone might go through local WiFi first, which is supported to be blocked due to device isolation, then jump to mobile data via cloud access. In this way, the camera viewing might "work sometimes after refreshing a few times".

And Deco X95 should support an "IOT network". Have you tried to connect the Eufy cameras to the IoT network?
