Can I use my Deco M4(single pack) as a main router and E4(single pack) as a satellite ?
Will my signal get a boost?
Will mesh technology work with 2 different models ?

Yes, you can use E4 with M4.
The only principal difference between E4 and M4 is E4 having 100Mbps Ethernet ports, M4 has gigabit ports. WiFi speeds are same. As long as you plan to connect Satellite E4 wirelessly to Main M4, you can have E4 as a good addition to your Deco mesh.
WiFi coverage at your place will definitely improve from having additional Deco unit.
