Issues with WIFI, TP-Link Archer BE550
I bought a new TP-Link BE550 WiFi router a couple of months ago, and at that time I had a Samsung S22 Ultra. After a few days, the phone started having problems using WiFi. I’ve tried using 5 GHz / 6 GHz and 2.4 GHz, but the same issue occurs every time: the phone disconnects from the network and reconnects after a short time.
I then bought a Samsung S25, and it worked perfectly for about two weeks, but then the same problem occurred with this phone as well. If I go into apps, the phone loses the network (it says connected but with no internet). I’ve tried changing the channel to a fixed channel on the 6 GHz network instead of auto, but the problem persists. I’ve also tried switching to the 5 GHz network, but the same issue still occurs.
The router has the latest firmware version, and I have tried restarting it. I have also tried resetting it to factory settings, but that didn’t help. Can you help me figure out why this problem is occurring? It is now impossible for me to use WiFi on my Samsung S25

Hi @Tallaks1,
Can other wireless devices and wired devices be stably connected to the router's network?
Please compare whether the guest network, MLO network, IOT network has similar problems?
Please try to change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1
‘ If I go into apps, the phone loses the network’ refers to the prompt that there is no network when opening certain apps or the prompt on the Tether app?

I have changed the DNS now to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1, There are still issues with the 6GHz WiFi network. I get "Connected without internet," and when I open apps, they work for about 5-10 seconds before I get an error message saying there is no internet connection.
The guest network is working normally, even though it is also enabled on 6GHz.
Other devices have stable wired and wireless connection, but i find it odd that my previous samsung s 22 ultra had the same issues as my brand new samsung s25

there's an setting called private DNS in Samsung devices to setup DoH which doesn't always work fine and often causes the 'connected with no internet' problem. There are 3 options when set it up; Off, Automatic & Manually enter your DNS provider, you could try to set it to OFF and check if you're able to connect to the internet. The setting is at: Settings > Connections > More Connection Settings > Private-DNS. If you have DoH/DoT enabled in the router and on your phone (as I described above) you definitely get the 'connected with no internet' error, so please give the above a try:)

Hi @Tallaks1,
It is recommended that you can disable DoH/DoT for a try.
Please refer to How to configure DoH/DoT on TP-Link Wireless router and navigate to DoT/DoH option, then unclick on DoH/DoT.
