Hi there

I have just changed my SIM card from a EE 4G PAYG data card to a contract EE4G SIM card.

I have internet going to the router and my Arlo Cameras and Tapo Hub are working perfect but I can't get my Tapo P110 plugs or anything wireless to receive internet communication.

Ive tried reboot, hard reset, testing SIM card in a phone (works fine)

At a complete loss with this now

Hi, welcome to our community.

For your wireless devices that failed to access internet from the router, it is suggested to try the steps below:

1. Enable the guest network and connect the devices to the guest network to have a comparison.

2. Enable a Hotspot Wi-Fi on a phone and connect the devices to the Hotspot WI-FI. If not working, contact the device's support.

3. Please reset the router and reconfigure it. You may follow this guide to change DNS for a try.
