Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.8 Build 20240910 rel.37547(4244)

Dear tplink

I bought your ax1500 router yesterday.
After buying it and setting it up, an update comes up,I update it.

Since then, I have turned on Smart Connect, I have an internet connection but I can't run anything.I thought it was a problem with my ISP. I set up my old router and found no such problem there.Later I turned off Smart Connect. Now I have another problem: if I connect to 5G I can use the internet, but if I connect to 2.4G,I am connected but I cannot use  anything. After this update, the 160mhz channel and 165 channel are not showing.

I am having a lot of problems with this.I can't go back to the previous firmware.

Please solved the problem.

Hi@Shohan_BD,

160MHz bandwidth usually uses channels 36, 40, 44, 48, 149, 153, 157 and 161 (but availability may vary by region). Please confirm whether you can use channel 161 normally before?

Are your SSIDs for 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz the same? Please use different clients to connect to 2.4Ghz and check what the IP of the clients is?

Please provide more screenshots of the error message.

Please try to hard reset the router, then configure the router carefully, and please set different SSIDs for the router.
In addition, please change the channel for 2.4Ghz to 1, 6, 11, etc.
