Hello,

I've installed 24 Deco X50-POE nodes in my Deco Mesh network using Ethernet backhaul. However, 23 of them show as offline in the Deco app, except for the main node. Despite this, they are working fine, have internet connectivity, and function as expected.

I suspect this issue might be related to the latest firmware update (1.4.4 Build 20240821 Rel. 72028), which I installed via the Deco app.

Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone recommend a solution or a stable firmware version for the Deco X50-POE?

May connectivity via Ethernet backhaul

ISP ----> Deco Main Deco x50-POE ---> 3 x 24 port (TS- SG1024D) ----> 23 x Deco x50-POE

Hi, It is suggested to install the 1.4.7 beta firmware here for Deco X50-POE_v2 to see whether it helps or not:
