Before the Upgrade
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the pre-release firmware!
(2) For the sake of insurance, it's always recommended to save a copy of the router Backup Config file before upgrading or downgrading.
(3) You may follow the guide to upgrade the firmware of your router. How to Upgrade the Firmware on the TP-Link Wi-Fi Routers.
(4) This pre-release firmware for Archer BE800 V1 can be applied to all versions (EU/US/CA/AU/SG/etc.).

Which network does the Samsung S25 Ultra connect to? Main 6G or the MLO Network?
How about other clients, are they connected to the internet fine?
What is the previous version were you using on the BE800 before updating to the 1.2.1 version? Is it the official 1.1.6 version?

@Kevin_Z I haven't used MLO yet. It was happening on both 5Gz and 6Ghz but after turning off 160 mhz channel width on 5Ghz, the problem stopped. It might have been something to do with DFS channels. (For clarification 160Mhz was not turned on the older firmware. I just did a factory reset so it was on by default)

Thank you very much for the update.
Do you enable the Smart Connect for the 2.4G and 5G connection on the BE800? So the 5G and 6G Channel Width are now 20/40/80MHz?
What if you re-enable the 160MHz, will the issue reappear on the Samsung S25 Ultra?

@Kevin_Z I don't use smart connect. And I didn't change the settings on 6G. Just 5. I'll try turned 160 mhz back on 5G.

@Kevin_Z Now that I think about it, since using 160 mhz on the 5Gz band overlaps with DFS channels, I'm probably in a flight path and it was shutting it off due to radar activity.

I have the same problem with BE-800 and Tado internet bridge that has been reported on BE-550, after upgrading to 1.2.1 Build 20250108 rel.48985(4555) I lost connection with Tado
@bjomol Does the LAN port on the BE800 also display as invalid when the Tado internet bridge is connected? Could you please also show me a screenshot?
I've reported this issue to the development team and I hope they will provide a solution or workaround as soon as possible.
