Deco's Dropping out and or not connecting

The main Deco router is connected by sim to transmitter mast connecting at around 2400 mbps. there are then 2 (two) Deco X50 mesh satallites and 6 (six) Deco P9 mesh Sat in free air in the loft space of a Bungalow around 30 metres in length.
we get lots of non connections and also drop outs can anyone think or a reason please

Hi, welcome to the community.
I think it might be due to too many Deco units under the same Mesh network.
Can I have some pictures of the network map on the Deco APP, such as:
Can I have the model numbers of the devices that dropped out frequently?
Have you seen any Deco turn flashing red during the disconnection?
It would also be helpful if you could help me find the firmware versions of the 2*satelllite X50s and 6*P9.
By the way, is there any chance that you could connect some Decos via Ethernet cables to the Mesh as Ethernet Backhaul is always better for network stability:
General questions about Ethernet Backhaul feature on your Deco
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hello David thanks for questions.
i have listed the Firmware and Deco's on a word document and taken a picture of the connections. One of these are not connected which is part of the problem.
i started with just the six p9's but would have dead spots with no coverage. We live in a Bungalow some 35 metres long but with solid walls to all rooms.
Last December i purchased the new X50 Router and the two new Satellites which now has coverage.
the drop outs of the units are random and will just happen during the day/night.
I am at present waiting for a new high gain Ariel to see if that makes any difference.

Hi, Thank you very much for the message.
"I have now installed the new Ariel and it appears stable but I have offline rooms. but different on tablet or phone. (seems strange) can you think of a reason"
-Are the offline rooms close to certain satellite units?
I was wondering whether this room is exactly the place where different Deco units' wireless signals are overlapping and mobile devices might randomly switch between different mesh nodes.
-"but different on tablet or phone"
Do you mean that tablets and mobile phones dropped out at different times?
It is also suggested to disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced to see whether it made any difference.
Best regards.

Mike Turner.
thanks for the reply David its very helpful. i might have not explained correctly so will try and be more lucid
- with the new Ariel installed it appears to be stable with no drop outs (or at least very few) speed on Ookla is around 250mbps and internet on around 2,500 both in send and receive.
- what i see is on the Tablet or phone there are different saellites off line eg the PHONE has the kitchen one off line and the TABLET has teh snug on off line. I am thinking of removing say the Kitchen one and see if that makes a difference, What do you think?
- just one other question please. I have set the Router up to use the external Ariel Antenna's and have noticed that whenever i look on my phone the light confirming connection is off and only comes on after some 8-12 seconds. Is this normal?
thanks again for all of your help its most useful.
regards
Mike Turner
