I have a DECO network using X60 Deco's. If I were to add a single DECO BE65 as my main router, would it be able to use the feature of simultaneous wifi & wired connection to a satellite X60 Deco , or do you need two DECO BE65's to do this?

You'll need at least 2*Deco BE65 to use the feature of simultaneous wifi & wired connection.
