VX420-G2v - AX5400 Hybrid Wi-Fi 6 Modem Router with VoIP

I got this modem from my NBN provider.

I need some help from the experts like you.

1. Bind the IP to an wired client (PC)

2. Set the internet access time limit to the defined clients (both wired and wifi clients) - for example allow access to internet for 2 hrs for a client.

3. Extend to question 2 - after certain time wifi should stop (exception security camera etc)

Please let me know how to achieve this?

1. How to set up IP & MAC Binding Function

2. How to configure Access Control. If it not what you want, you may consider parental control feature.
