I have configured the OpenVPN server on DECO X50 - EAP110 AP access not working
Good morning,
I have configured the OpenVPN server on the DECO X50 router.
Remotely, I can access my internal network through the VPN client.
The only device that cannot be accessed is EAP110-Outdoor set with fixed IP on local network.
I try to connect to the IP and the page does not respond.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.
Can I have a simple network layout of your current setup, such as how the EAP110-out is connected to Deco? Would there be any network switch?
Did you plan to access the management web UI of EAP110-Out?
-Can you ping the IP address of EAP110 on the VPN client?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

The scheme is very simple.
The modem is connected to the Deco X50 device via an ethernet cable using one of the 3 ports on the X50.
The ethernet cable is connected to another port of the same Deco X50, and it goes directly to the outdoor access point EAP110.
The EAP110 outdoor device has a fixed address on the IP 192.168.0.5, reserved on the DECO X50 that acts as router.
Did you plan to access the management web UI of EAP110-Out? YES
Can you ping the IP address of EAP110 on the VPN client? YES
user@MacBook-Air ~ % ping 192.168.0.5
PING 192.168.0.5 (192.168.0.5): 56 data bytes

Hi, Thanks for the feedback.
How about the local clients? Can they access the web UI of 110-outdoor via Deco WiFi(or Ethernet)?
I can't think of any configurations on the Deco that might only block the web UI access of 110-outdoor.
By the way, would there be any error message when the VPN client fails to access 192.168.0.5?
Best regards.

If the client is connected to the Deco X50 WiFi network I can access the EAP 110 admin page. If the device is outside the Deco X50 WiFi network but connected to the internal network via VPN, the page is not reachable.

same problem with the Omada app.
Connected to the Deco X50 wifi network I can see the EAP 110 device.
However, if connected via VPN to the Deco X50 I cannot see the EAP110 device.
