TL-MR100 Router Not Working Properly with Jio 5G SIM
Dear TP-Link Support Team,
I am facing an issue with my TP-Link TL-MR100 router when using a Jio 5G SIM. The internet connection is unstable, and I am experiencing the following problems:
- Only a few websites are working, but they are very slow.
- Other websites display an error message: "Page cannot be reached."
- The internet connection seems to drop frequently, even though the SIM is active.
I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Restarted the router multiple times.
2. Checked the APN settings and ensured they are correctly configured for Jio.
3. Inserted the SIM into a mobile device, where it works fine.
4. Reset the router to factory settings and reconfigured it.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I request your assistance in resolving this problem. Kindly provide guidance on:
- Correct APN settings for Jio 5G.
- Any firmware updates or patches that may resolve this issue.
- Any other troubleshooting steps I can try.
