im having a problem where my meta quest 3 rarely sees 6ghz band and when its sees it it cant connect
tried 2 different meta quest 3 and they cant see 6ghz.
im not sure whats the problem here is it the router ?
it cant be that both headsets cant see 6ghz .
any help would be appreciated.

Please make sure that your area supports 6Ghz. You can refer to the following links to confirm whether 6GHz is available in your local area: https://www.wi-fi.org/regulations-enabling-6-ghz-wi-fi
Note: The client devices need to support 6GHz, and you can check with the phone/computer’s manufacturer.
Please check if your other 6Ghz devices can use the 6Ghz band normally? If yes, I suggest you check if there is anything that needs to be modified in the Meta Quest 3 wifi settings?

im now in Egypt which doesn't have 6ghz routers sold .so i got my router from Canada and my meta quest from UAE.
6ghz should work normally it has nothing to do with the country regulations right?cause the equipment used are bought from countries that have 6ghz .
my quest 3 sometimes sees 6ghz and tries to connect and fails and some rare times it connects then disconnects right away.
i tried 2 different headsets and they don't see 6ghz.
its baffling that alot of people have this problem and there is no solution yet
