Hi. I have been using BE550 as an AP without any issues and quite happy with it until i made a firmware update today from the Tether app. After the update it says no internet connection, and it seems to be slower in connecting to its wifi on my client devices....

 

i have tested my old router with same ethernet connection from my pfsense and ot works, so something happened to my BE550 after this update. What are your recommendations in this situation?

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Reboot the router.

2. Switch into Router mode to confirm.

3. Check Connection Settings:

    Ensure that the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the BE550 and your router or switch.
    Verify that the BE550 is set up correctly in your network settings (e.g., static IP vs. DHCP).

4.If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset on the BE550 and reconfigure it.

If you cannot make it work properly with all troubleshooting suggestions, we recommend contacting our technical support to investigate further.
