Model: Archer C20
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.17 v0001.0 Build 221028 Rel.34377n(4555)

Hello everyone,

Recently got a new pc. When trying to connect to my Archer C20 (AC750 Wireless Dual Band Router), through 5GHz wi-fi network, it shows that it was unable to connect.

This only happens to this device, evy single one of the other are fine.

I've tried changed many settings (channels, security, ect) and it didn't change the status.

Even tried a guest 5GHz wi-fi network and the result is the same.

Has someone had this issue?

Thanks in advance!

If any other device in your network can connect to C20 5 GHz band that means most probably the problem is with your new PC wireless network card settings.

Check wireless network card advanced settings (Properties=>Configure=>Advanced):

Is the problem only with 5GHz band or with 2.4 GHz band as well ?

Also you may check if you have configured any Access Control list on your C20 (for example a Whitelist). If that's the case just add the PC wireless network card MAC address.
