Solution Unable to Play EA FC 25 on Deco X20

Phenomenon Description:
Over the past few weeks, we've received occasional feedback regarding issues when connecting to the Deco 20 while playing EA FC 24/25. Users keep receiving the following message when searching for a match in rivals "The connection to your opponent has been lost". Or the game just freezes on the "Loading Match" and never gets into the game.
Available Solution:
1. Please change the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4- How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
2. Disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.
3. Enable QOS and set the PlayStation or Xbox as "High Priority".
If the issue continues, please install the following beta firmware.
Deco X20_V3_1.2.1_build_20240918_Beta
Update Advice:
1. Please be sure you have read the Terms and Conditions for TP-Link Beta Firmware before proceeding.

Hi, Did you update the firmware via WiFi or Ethernet cable?
Does it help if you only update the firmware on one of the satellites Deco X20_V3 via IP address first?
The IP address of the satellite Deco can be found on the Deco APP, such as

Hi @David-TP , I tried one each of them individually, but that didn't help. Still same error...
Please help. I'm getting a lot of loses in FC25 because of this :P

Hi, Thanks for the update.
I think I might know what happened.
I release your hardware is Deco X20(DFN)_V3.0 which is an ISP-customized hardware. While the beta firmware here works only for the general Deco X20_V3.0.
Please wait for a while and I'll consult the engineers first for further suggestions.
Update:
Thank you very much for your patience. I‘m afraid you might need to report to the internet service provider first as we can't modify the ISP-customized versions without their permission.

@David-TP Hi There, any chance the latest firmware to be roll out soon thru automatic updates without going thru the beta hassles? Just bought this X20 few days ago and encountered similar issues like the rest for EAFC25 😭

@David-TP Sou do Brasil e estou enfrentando o mesmo problema com o FC 25 e os roteadores TP-LINK M4. Entrei em contato com o suporte da TP-Link Brasil via chat diversas vezes e não identificaram e nem solucionaram o problema.

A versão do Firmware do dispositivo é 1.1.2 Build 20231227 Rel. 84005
O problema é muito frequente. Sempre acontece.
Entrei em contato com o suporte da TP-Link Brasil via chat mas o retorno que recebi foi o seguinte:
"Então Mateus, como a instabilidade do deco é somente com o PS5 e somente nos da EA Sports, já não é com a gente não temos como te ajudar em relação a isso."
