Hi,
I am experiencing a persistent issue with my TP-Link Deco X20 router when attempting to play EA FC 25 online on my PlayStation 5. Upon entering a match, the game frequently freezes, leading to a black screen and necessitating a restart. This problem occurs in approximately nine out of ten matches, rendering online play nearly impossible. Notably, I did not encounter this issue with my previous router.
I have consulted various forums and found that other users have reported similar problems with the Deco X20. In an effort to resolve the issue, I have adjusted the DNS settings in the Deco app to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, as well as followed recommended troubleshooting steps. While these measures temporarily allowed me to play three matches successfully, the problem has since recurred.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. If a solution cannot be found, I may need to consider switching to a different brand of router.
