Port Forwarding not working for port 37779

Hello,

I have an issue with port forwarding. I want to port forward port 37779 but whatever I do it's not working. NMAP says the port is closed. Tried DMZ, virtual server, port triggering. It does not matter. After every change I reboot the server with no good result.

May I confirm what service the port 37779 is for? Did you set the device as 3G/4G router mode?

Is there any error message if it does not work? You may share more details and the screenshots of your settings.

Hello,

Port 37779 is needed fo accessing NVR device.

With NMAP with aggressive settings only ports 80 and 443 are open. Of course I have checked the user manual. Interesting is that UPnP finds the device. It's worth to mention that I have tried both Virtual Servers option, DMZ, with enabled/disabled firewall, cone NAT enabled/disabled.
