Hi,

I have connected to a new service provider. December 2024

Reset my Archer VR2100 modem/router back to factory.

Upgraded my firmware to most current version.

I am on a basic 80 down (average 73mb from the ISP) not sure if it is part or full fibre.

All speed tests give me maximum 16mb down and 4mb up.

ISP says not any issues on their end.

I have traffic monitoring off and the modem is factory reset apart from Wifi set up and the settings to log in to the ISP.

Please assist as ISP says they should get me a minimum 53mb down.
