Problem with wifi
Hi, i have a problem with connection wifi with deco x50.
I installed 3 deco x50 2 deco x50 outdoor and 1 x50 poe, but even though I distributed all the devices so as to have as few obstacles as possible, I have the wifi that has an exaggerated drop in performance. We are talking about about 100 mega on the cable and maximum 15 mega on the wifi. I connected a deco x50 to the router and the others I made the mesh wifi connection. I brought the two x50 outdoor the poe cable. can you help me understand how I can improve the performance? thank you very much.

Hi, welcome to the community.
"I have the wifi that has an exaggerated drop in performance. We are talking about about 100 mega on the cable and maximum 15 mega on the wifi."
- Were the speedtest from the main Deco X50, or one of the satellite Deco units?
Please make sure the devices are connected to the 5GHz when running the speedtest.
And How much of your overall network bandwidth?
If you are able to connect all satellite units via Ethernet cables, Ethernet Backhaul would greatly improve the speed.
Why is my satellite Deco unit not getting the same speed as the main Deco?
Thank you very much and best regards.

@David-TP Hi Davide, tonight I tried to connect all the decos to the wired network. I connected one deco (laundry) to the modem and then the deco to the switch. Then I only had 1 deco left without a network cable. I don't understand why the outdoor decos don't see the ethernet cable, being connected to the poe. However, the speed hasn't changed, the wifi is always slow. We are always around 10mbps. I'm starting to not know what to look at anymore. Can you help me?

Hi, Thanks for the further details.
Are you using Wind Tre 5G mobile service?
Did you set Deco X50 into Access Point? VX800v is also a wireless router and it seems like you have more than one Deco X50s connected to the VX800v via the Netgear switch.
-How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode
Is the current topology like this:
(By the way, there seems to be one Deco less in the pictures and did you unplug the Deco X50-POE now?)
If the wireless speed from all Deco units is always around 10mbps, have you checked the wireless speed from the VX800v?
I saw you mentioned earlier "We are talking about about 100 mega on the cable and maximum 15 mega on the wifi."
-Were the "100Mbps Ethernet speed" also tested from the Deco?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP Hi Davide, I don't use decos in access points because I would like to have a single internet network without disconnections. if you tell me that using them as access points maintains the mesh network, I can try.
the wifi of the main router is turned off because it was creating problems with the deco.
I inserted an image with the layout of the connections and the speeds found this morning, all via cable and wifi.
I attach the log I downloaded of the alarms. this morning I had to turn off everything that was on alarm, time around 9

Hi, Thank you very much for your time and patience.
I think Access Point mode in Deco would help to improve the network speed. It can reduce the speed loss caused by Doubt NAT.
I saw the speed from VX830v is also about ~50mbps and it seems like the main router can't get enough mobile speed from the ZTE 5G antenna.
Have you tried to relocate the 5G antenna to make sure it has been positioned properly to the nearest 5G cell tower?
Best regards.
