Model: TL-PA4020P KIT
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I have the TP-Link AV500 TL-WPA4220KIT.

While in the WPA module the leds are on and WiFi is transmitted; in the module that is connected to the router there are no leds on, lan does not work, and when I try to manually add the device either in the tpPLC app or in the web interface  (http://192.168.0.254/#networkMap)

I get error "unable to add the device"

Hi @BillGeo,

If there is no power, abnormal indicators, please refer to the below steps to troubleshoot:
1. Change to a different wall socket to power on the device.
2. Hard reset the powerline device and repair it.

For TL-PA4010 (the models which start with TL-PAxxxx), press and hold the Pair button for 15s until all LEDs turn off and then come back on.

For TL-WPA4220 (models beginning with TL-WPAxxxx), press and hold the Reset button for 10s. Release the button and all LEDs turn off. When the LEDs turn back on, the reset process is complete.

@Joseph-TP thanks for the response...

the think is that the lee lights do not lit.

The wall socket works as when I plug another device it works perfectly.

I tried  to hold for 15sec but nothing changed

this is how it looks:
