Updateting TL-WR841 resulted in empty page.

After updating the TL-WR841N router, the router page (http://tl-wr841n/) is not properly shown. No text, broken images, only bacjground colors.
When starting the debuggermode in the brouwser (F12 in Chrome) I notice that all javascript files refused to load. The server replied 403 (Forbidden).
How to access the router page now?
