Model: Archer VX1800v

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 0.13.0 2.0.0 v6092.0 Build 240925 Rel.11089n

Setup: Archer VX1800v + 2x RE605X

Issue: I've tried calling from 3 different phones while connected on my WiFi but Whatsapp only says "Connecting". When on my Mobile Data call goes through it's only when I am on my WiFi.

Solutions tried: Clearing cashe, reinstalling WA, restarting phone, restarting and updating modem.

Hi, welcome to our community.

Did your Archer VX1800v and 2 RE605X set up as Easymesh network?

Are your 3 phones are connected to Archer VX1800v or RE605X? 2.4GHz or 5GHz band?

Please enable guest network on Archer VX1800v to check whether it works properly on your Whatsapp?

And you may change DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 on Archer VX1800v for a try.

Hi, sorry for the late response.

I actually found the problem, it was Band Steering. Once enabled and it switches to 5Ghz it doesn't connect whatsapp calls. For some reason 5Ghz isn't allowing me to make those calls.
