Okay, so the problem is that when I download games from Steam or stream VR using Virtual Desktop, the entire network lags. Especially on my Android TV box which streams TV Channels from another country. It just cuts off a bunch when downloading games or streaming VR. It also lags on other devices but it's not at the point where the internet is unusable. My PC is connected with Ethernet and so is the Android TV box. I have also activated QoS which is only enabled for the Android TV box, and it still cuts off a lot. This never happened with my old ISP provided router. I have 1 Gigabit fiber and I have 3 nodes 2 connected with ethernet and 1 wireless if you needed to know.

Is the Quest 3 connected to the 6GHz of Deco XE75?

Are you able to consistently reproduce this issue?

Since both the laptop and Android TV box are connected via Ethernet cables, have you tried to only set Quest 3 as the "High Priority" device?

Yes, I have tried putting the Quest 3 on high priority, but the internet is still unstable when playing.

By the way, are the Android TV box and Quest 3 connected to the satellite Deco XE75 which is connected to the main Deco via an Ethernet cable?

The Quest 3 and PC is connected on the satellite deco that is connected with Ethernet to the main one and the Android TV box is connected to the main deco. My problem isn't the Quest 3 it works fine but everything else is slowed down and sometimes cuts off when I play VR or download games on my PC. When I stream movies or tv channels on the Android TV box, it sometimes cuts off and loads and that's interesting because it's only streaming in 1080p. The Android TV box had problems connecting to the WIFI, it didn't have problems on my old ISP router, so that's why I connected it with Ethernet. Maybe it's the Android TV but I doubt it because it didn't have problems on my old WIFI.

and do I have to respond to the email next time? It doesn't say where to respond to the support ticket.
