Not able to find repeater mode in my wifi router
I am not able to find operator mode in my tplink xc220-G3v router. Please tell me how can i use my router as a range extender.

As it is a customized model by some ISPs only, it is a pity that we can know much less than common DSL modem routers.
If you can not find the range extender option on its web UI, the device should not support it. Or you may confirm with local support or your ISP.
As far as I know, common DSL modem routers do not support to work as range extender, either.
