Firmware Version : 3.15.2 Build 130423 Rel.61823n

Hi,

I'm trying to use the TL-MR3220 router with the ZTE MF190j. I try it in one location, with a 50-60% signal strength, successfully conected to internet, and all the info in the status page. After 10 minutes,it looses the conection and show the unplugged message in the status page.

If i try in another location, with exact same configuration, the same 50-60% signal strenght, everything works fine.

Can someone help ?

Thanks

I have similar issue with MR 3420 with Huawei UMG 1831(ISP - Aircel). I have been using the setup for the last 2 months. Suddenly, I find "modem unplugged" issue and it just does not go away. How ever, this works good with Vodafone-India.

Is there some one who can help us all with this modem unplugged issue. I have tried everything in configuration to keep the router operating in low power to rule out power issues.

i've had a lot of problems with this combo. Even the Dynamic DNS dosen't work. Yesterday, i think i found the solution for all my problems in a forum here in Portugal.

- Leave de APN empty -

I have the router connected to the internet without fails, Dynamic DNS was updated and no more "umplugged" message

Nuno,

Do you mean we need to set the ISP details manually and just leave the APN field blank?

Thanks a lot nuno... It worked for me too...

Those who have issues, please leave APN blank.. This issue seems to be definitely because of low signal strength. Not sure, how this missing APN helps retain power to the modem though

I simulate a power lost a few hours (just unconnect the transformer), and when i plugged in again, the problems remains :-(

There is any secret so i can get a response from the TP LINK team ? I already sent three emails without any feedback.

for such symptoms external USB powered hub seems to solve the issue.. i was having similar issue and it was solved by what i have mentioned here:

http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?73036-3420-and-4G-modem-two-tricks-which-worked-for-me-(may-be-it-works-for-you)&region=china

MAY BE that helps..

In the power supply of my 3220 it's written: Output 9v - 0.85A.
