Hi,

 

I am having an issue with the connection where the signal shows 75% but unable to connect to the network. I've created a new dial-up profile and tried rebooting the router several times. Appreciate that anyone could help to provide an appropriate solution.

I've updated the DNS settings but it's still the same problem with the connection. Please find the following screenshot.

Hi, thanks for your update.

You may change the Network Mode into 4G Preffered.

If there is still no internet, it is suggested to take the sim card out of the router and put it into your phone to check.

Or you may insert another SIM card into the router to confirm.

Hi,

 

I've tried to insert the Umobile SIM card and it works with my mobile. 4G preferred is selected but I am still facing the same issue. The router works fine with Maxis and it gives problem when switch to a Umobile Sim.

 

Can you advise if any updates needs to be done or provides the firmware that can supports Umobile connection.
