Does the beta version include support for EasyMesh with AP mode?

  @Kevin_Z  Hi Kevin, recently I upgraded firmware in my BE550 V1 to latest beta provided here because as I seen they promise keep everything good from version 1.0.12 plus improve stability and... well, router workin fine, however WiFi connection between BE550 and my PC with WiFi card intel BE200 320MHz become unstable. I tried to go back to the last stable version 1.0.12_240902 which was the best for me, but...seems to be not possible. I mean the router allows me to restore the last version, but nothing changes in the WiFi stability, as if a new version was installed all the time, which ruined the stability. I have currently re-uploaded this beta version, as nothing changes after restoring the older one, now when downloading a longer file, after some time router changes my connection from 6GHz to 2.4Ghz and the transmission is interrupted for a few seconds, after which the connection is resumed but on the 5GHz band and usually does not return to the 6Ghz band. I never observed that behaviour on last stable version 1.0.12, so looks like they changed something in that case. Also strenght of WiFi signal is lower than before, now I never see full connection speed 5.7Mbps on 6GHz band, which was on last version almost all the time. Therefore can you ask them for restoring changes on WiFi transmission ? Rest of router functions works OK for me. Thank you very much.

Interesting Beta firmware can be downgrade to stable release? My bad I didn't read first post. There is answer on my question.

For me wifi is stable for while, but we will see how it goes after few months.

  @Kevin_Z  Also on this beta firmware my BE550 can't check for firmware update from Tether app, all the time show the error message like below.

  @Tester007 always you can go via web browser. But if still doesn't work update reboot the router and try again. Do you have set NextDNS, PiHole etc?

You can set device to use only 5Ghz frequency if we talking about laptop. I have set same SSID for 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz & 6Ghz but only different password for 2.4Ghz frequency. More easy to operate between devices on local network.

  @INTRASERVERNET Hi, obviously I know that I can check via web browser and it work when I log in to the router, I'm just reporting an error in the Tether application. The upgrade cannot be checked with this version of beta firmware. I use and have set TP-Link dyndns if it matters.

  @INTRASERVERNET OK, I forgot about details ;) So Tether is latest android version from Play Store, but everything is fine with this apk. I have 2 same routers BE550 and The problem with checking the update is only on this router with the beta version of firmware, so the problem seems to be in the beta firmware or the application is not yet adapted to this version of firmware.
