Do alll satellite Deco devices connect only to the main Deco device, or can they also connect to other satellites and form a chain?

For example, what I want to do is to have one main Deco device in the place where the modem/router of my internet provider is located. Then I want to put a second (satellite) further away to cover another room. Then I want to put a 3rd satellite device even further away, which can only connect to the previous extender (it's too far away to connect to the main device located near the modem/router). Note that it might be possible to connect 2nd and 3rd devices with an ethernet cable, although I'd prefer to use wireless.

Is it possible to have such an installation with Deco devices? Can 3 Deco M4 devices do the trick?

If at a later time I need to extend the network even further, is it possible to add a 4th extender?
