Hi

I set up the network about 14 days ago and my wireless printer (Epson ET-3850) has worked fine with my tablet and mobile phone.

I can no longer print from my computer. My internet connection goes from a modem that is wired to a switch (D-link DGS-1005D) and from there to my computer.

My Deco XE75 is wired to the switch and there is access to the internet from my mobile devices and computer.

My computer's IP address is: IPv4 192.168.1.249.

My printer's IP address is: IPv4 192.168.68.58

In Device Manager (WIN11) the following is displayed, but

But the printer is listed as offline

Judging by IP addresses, your printer and PC are on different IP networks. To put them both on the same network, which will fix the problem, you will need to configure Deco mesh to run in Access Point mode. Here is how: Switching a Deco to Access Point (AP) Mode
