Since the firmware upgrade to 1.2.13 Build 20240927 Rel. 49388, I can't use the wifi 6. Error is connection failed.

May I confirm what are your client devices that failed to connect to 6GHz band?
If possible, please share their model and OS, and the screenshot of the error message.
