Greetings,

I live in Australia and I purchased at MR2030 and connected it to my Optus 4G USB dongle modem. It works perfectly when I connect it to my desktop computer but when I connected the Ethernet cable to my EUFY Home base 2 Security System (its intended purpose) it disconnects after several minutes. I noticed the following:

When I check the quick start ISP providers, none of the Australian Providers are listed. Optus is not one of them, which I would love to change.

I downloaded an updated Firmware using the correct V3.2 update  but it produced an  error code " Error code: 4503 The uploaded file was not accepted".

How can I connect to the EUFY Home Base 2 system?

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Are you using 1.6.0 Build 230628? It is the latest firmware already.

May I confirm how your desktop connects to the TL-MR3020? If your computer or phones connected to the device can get the internet access stably, that means the router work well.

Maybe your EUFY Home base 2 Security System requires a common home wireless router.
